fismuler Is rooted in a cuisine based on seasonal market produce, respect for ingredients, and a way of working without artifices. The identity follows the same logic, using a minimal and restrained visual language in dialogue with an austere space rich in detail. The result is a serene and elegant brand that accompanies the experience without imposing itself.
